Fred Wilson is a proud husband and father. He is an active member of his church and community, and he lives and conducts business according to a high ethical standard. He asserts that he defends the Constitution and believes that everyone deserves a fair trial.

Fred Wilson has actively litigated cases for over 30 years. His career has taken him to courtrooms across the state and country handling matters in criminal court, civil court, the courts of appeal and in the Texas Supreme Court. In particular, Fred has extensive experience regarding the Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA), the Federal Railroad Safety Act (FRSA), Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), labor claims, contractual disputes, and personal injury. He has represented clients on both sides of the Bar (prosecution and defense).

Presently, Fred has chosen to focus predominantly on Criminal Defense. He is currently applying his skills in Angelina County, Texas and surrounding jurisdictions (Polk, Trinity, Sabine, and San Augustine Counties). Notwithstanding, Fred is available to discuss and handle a variety of legal matters.
