Fred Wilson  has actively litigated cases for more than 30 years. His career has taken him to courtrooms across the state and country handling matters in criminal court, civil court, and in the courts of appeal and the Texas Supreme Court. In particular, Fred has extensive experience regarding the Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA), the Federal Railroad Safety Act (FRSA), Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), labor claims, contractual disputes, and personal injury. He has represented clients on both sides of the Bar.

Presently, Fred has chosen to focus predominantly on Criminal Defense. Applying his skills in Angelina County, Texas but also the surrounding jurisdictions (Polk, Trinity, Sabine San Augustine, and Nacogdoches Counties). Notwithstanding, Fred is available to discuss and handle any legal matter.
